IVO SAGLIETTI LO SGUARDO NOMADE

Nell’esposizione ospitata nel Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento di Torino, attraverso 53 fotografie in bianco e nero viene ripercorso il tragitto professionale, dagli anni Ottanta del secolo scorso al 2018, del grande fotografo Ivo Saglietti, recentemente scomparso. La mostra Ivo Saglietti - Lo sguardo nomade - a cura di Tiziana Bonomo, organizzazione e supervisione di Michele Ruggiero, è un saggio su una parte di esperienze vissute da Saglietti in oltre quarant’anni di carriera: dall’inizio delle rivolte in Centro America, in Cile e Perù, ad Haiti e poi il vicino Oriente e Mar Musa in Siria.
In the exhibition hosted in the National Museum of the Risorgimento in Turin, the professional journey of the great photographer Ivo Saglietti, who recently passed away, is retraced through 53 black and white photographs, from the 1980s to 2018. The exhibition Ivo Saglietti - Lo sguardo nomade - curated by Tiziana Bonomo, organized and supervised by Michele Ruggiero, is an essay on some of the experiences lived by Saglietti in over forty years of career: from the beginning of the revolts in Central America, in Chile and Peru, Haiti and then the Near East and Mar Musa in Syria.
